The results option of a Queue: how long the results are kept, and where (by default in the driver, when it keeps them; for the others, a Cacher component of @lakutata/cache by its name).

The name of a component keeping the results (a Cacher: its get(key) and set(key, value, ttl)), used instead of the driver. It also keeps the groups of the queues for the drivers which cannot list them (RabbitMQ): the applications share it (a Redis store...) for request() and result() to find the groups without naming one.
